$1,234 · Wanted: Someone Who Can Fix An Indent Issue with Microsoft Word

After a couple hours of YouTube videos I gave up trying to fix an indenting issue I am having with Word. When I hit ‘1.’ It indents but will not automatically create a ‘2.’ Below it. Sounds simple enough but not happening and my work requires a lot of it. Any help, even just over the phone would be really appreciated. Thanks
