I handcraft my panels locally (Langford) and only use premium materials (hand selected, kiln dried, premium S4S Western Red Cedar with 26ga commercial grade corrugated steel that has been factory painted/UV coated on both sides). I am extremely picky about the quality of work that leaves my shop, so I never, ever cut corners for the sake of quantity. My only intention is to build perfect looking panels that last as long as possible and I want this to be the last fence you’ll ever need to install! 8x5-$425 each, plus tax.
