To be clear; this is really for someone that is, or knows, a decent carpenter. Otherwise it is likely more than you can handle. It is (Approx); 88" x 76" 73" high at the edges to 93 1/2 at the peak, Sitting on concrete piers. Might be worth repairing, might not be. I'd highly suggest coming and taking a look in-person. I can measure the exterior if that matters. There some trim that clearly needs to be replaced. It doesn't smell! Really, really, strongly suggest that you don't get too excited until you take a look. Might fit on the back of a real pickup truck, across some lumber. If you supply the labour; I might be persuaded to supply a truck or trailer that it could be moved on intact. Might still be better to pop it into sections to repair anyway. Thanks! *Obviously I am kidding about the guest accommodation.
