This is a full-time position located at our Coastal Ford Burnaby dealership in Burnaby, BC. Principal Duties: * Oversees and manages Sales Department * Plans, analyzes and manages department profitability * Leads with strong sales skills and champions the ability to build business; * Maintains and ensures high ethical standards in daily sales activities * Ensures an unparalleled customer service from leads through deliveries. Position Requirements (minimum experience): * A great work ethic and strong attention to detail required; * Previous automotive management experience required; * Proven track record of achieving outstanding results; * Excellent time management skills required; * Valid class 5 Driver's License required; * Valid VSA License required.
