Single occupant (no couples, no families) private room in shared home in South East Richmond. $500 damage deposit. $1100 includes electricity, satellite wifi internet, gas for in-floor heat and hot water for one occupant. 14.5' x 15'5' room. Shared kitchen and 3 washrooms. Toddler and elementary school aged kids in the house. Shared in-house washer and dryer. We are a 6 person household with 3 generations of our family upstairs. The mansion has 2 other suites on the ground floor. We have a room available on the ground floor. We have lots of common area including a large kitchen, deck, yard and garden. There's a planned redevelopment in anywhere from 6 months to a few years until which time we can sublet the room. There is available parking in the carport. We are directly across the street from multiple amenities for shopping, EV charging and bus stops. 25 minutes from YVR, 40 minutes to Stanley Park. We have a bar fridge that could be in the room for extra refrigerator space.
