Looking for private room, studio, bachelor suite Jan1 or 15th

Hi!! I am a looking for a long term rental for Jan 1st or 15th. Anywhere in the vicinity of Mt. Pleasant, Davie village, Downtown areas (within a 5ish km radius or near a skytrain). I am looking for a unfurnished private room (with bathroom if possible), a studio, bachelor, or 1 bdrm. 😊I am a mature lady who has a guranteed monthly income as well as my employment.I also come with great references (personal, professional and of course landlord) I am moving out of my sublet because the owner wants to move in..I have no pets or kids and would like to find a quiet place to call home. I am a non-partier, 420 and LGBTQ friendy and believe that home is my sanctuary and treat it as such.If you need anymore information please let me know.
