Cafe Manager

Permanent, full time Salary: $ 27.50 /hour Minimum education and experience requirements: • Secondary school • 2-3 years of experience in the food service sector including supervisory experience • Good English Main duties: • Manage, control, evaluate and co-ordinate day-to-day operations of the café; • Manage staff and assign duties, coordinate staff's activities; • Develop and implement policies and operational procedures, monitor revenues; • Prepare and oversee work schedules; • Hire and train of new employees; • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed; • Resolve work-related problems and possible customer complaints; • Control inventory and budget, negotiate prices with food suppliers.
