Food Service Supervisor

Employer: Hachi Hana Japanese Restaurant Position: Food Service Supervisor, Full time, Permanent Salary Rate: $18.50 per hour / 30~40 Hours per week Work Location: 1426 Lonsdale Ave North Vancouver, British Columbia V7M 2J1 Canada Start date: as soon as possible Duties: • Estimates and orders ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation • Prepare budget and cost estimates • Make sure food and service to meet quality control standards • Keeps records, such as amount and food stock, maintenance, sales, and wastage • Train staff engaged in dealing food in job duties and sanitation • Prepares work schedules of employees who prepare and serve food • Supervise and coordinate the activities of employees who prepare and serve food • Address customers’ complaints or concerns Qualifications: - 1 year of work experience in food preparation or service - High School graduation or higher - Able to communicate in English - Available to work in evening and weekends If meeting the requirements indicated above, please send your resume by e-mail hachihanan2016@gmail.com.
