$2,500 · Wanted! - 1br or 2br suite for Aug 1st or 15th - Mid 30's professional couple

Hi! We are Karlee and Cody, a couple in our mid-thirties looking for a quiet, clean, and comfortable place to call home. Looking in the Mt Pleasant, Fraserhood, Kensington Cottage, Commercial Dr, East Van areas! Budget is $2500- hoping for a 2br or 1br + den but 1br will work as well if there is storage. I’m a graphic designer with a big Vancouver company and Cody is a mechanical engineer— It would be predominately me (Karlee) living here with Cody visiting from Victoria. We both work full-time and live a pretty active, outdoorsy lifestyle. We’re super tidy, respectful, and value good communication. We don’t smoke or party, and we take pride in caring for the space we live in. We’re hoping to find a long-term rental where we can feel settled and part of the community.
