Shelter: BC SPCA - West Vancouver Branch Animal ID: 521119 Birthdate: November 30, 2016 - Adult Spayed/Neutered: Yes Male Hi! I'm Scout, a four year-old-ish Black Labrador. If you're thinking that I might be the dog for you, my Foster Mom wants you to know a few things first. I'm a very big cuddler and a lover of head scratches. I get anxious when I'm on my own and love just being around my human. I have a very healthy appetite, and love a good treat. I like to get outside a lot, so if you're an active sort, I love to go for walks and hikes and if I'm in a safe area stretch my legs for a good run. I'm not great off leash so some place safe and enclosed is best. I'm also not great with boundaries when it comes to other dogs and get excited a bit too easily. This leads to me barking and upsetting the other dogs so using caution when I'm around other dogs is best. I would prefer to be the only animal in the home. I love my couch time and demand a 30 minute cuddle session on the bed before we sleep. Although I have been okay with some children in the past, I would do best in an adult only home. I require a human who has breed experience with large and boisterous dogs. I love positive reinforcement for snacks and just telling me I'm a good boy and giving me a hug. I don't like loud noises they scare me. I'm looking forward to my next adventure with my forever human.
