A college diploma would be an asset. • 2-3 years of previous work experience in marketing is required. • Good command of English (both written and verbal). Store address and job location: 2141 W 41st Ave, Vancouver, BC V6M 1Z6 Job responsibilities: • Conduct market research to establish customer's needs, undertake competitor research and analyses; • Advise management on marketing, advertising or sales promotion opportunities and strategies for both physical location and online store; • Assess characteristics of targeted groups of customers and/or products sold to develop marketing plans, and promotional and pricing strategies; • Conduct online marketing, e-commerce and website promotions through different social media platforms, including managing customer reviews; • Create various marketing collateral (newsletters, flyers, blog posts, direct mail, etc.); • Evaluate customer service experience (both online and in the physical store) to ensure continuous improvement; • Answer written and oral inquiries when needed.
