Position: Driver/Warehouse Job Summary: The main function of this role is to provide assistance and excellent customer service when working at the store, and when making deliveries. The candidate will support all store staff with daily functions; customer inquiries, taking orders, receiving goods, inventory replenishment, and delivery of customer orders. You will report directly to the Operations Manager. Responsibilities and Duties: * Assisting store manager with cycle counts. * Receiving orders and ensuring their accuracy, including notes on any discrepancies or damaged goods. * Inventory replenishment. * Maintaining the cleanliness of the branch and warehouse. * Load and cross check products onto delivery vehicle, and place in route order. * Order drop-off and pick-up branch-to-branch, or from customers. * File all customer orders once signed and received. * Proper maintenance of company vehicle. * Encourage sales by promoting associated items or introducing new products.Qualifications and Skills: * Organized and able to multi-task. * Self-motivated to cross train one-self and become familiar with overall branch and company functions and systems. * Readiness to offer help when needed. * Willingness to grow with the organization. * Ability to lift and move heavy material. * Must have a valid drivers license.OUR ETHOS: PERFORMANCE: Hold high personal expectations Strive to build the team rather than yourself Confident in yourself and your decisions Exercise good judgement with decision making EMPOWERMENT: Show excitement and readiness to take ownership of projects and opportunities PASSION: Aspire to be and do more everyday SERVICE: Customer first attitude Practice consistently to be courteous and flexible EMPATHY Treat others with respect This person will be part of a passionate team within a growing organization.
