Position: Counter/Warehouse Job Summary: The qualified candidate will have a very customer-centric attitude. They will be expected to provide customer service both on the phones and at the counter. This individual will prepare quotes in a timely manner, and product source when needed. They must stay up to date with various promotions, as well as competitive pricing. The inside sales representative will be friendly, well-spoken and willing to initiate and engage with customers. They will help support both the Branch Manager and Sales Representative, and at times, the job may require assistance with stock levels and order management.
