Reporting to the Mill Maintenance Supervisor, Millwright’s are responsible for repairing and maintaining site structures and equipment. Responsibilities: * Be a courageous safety leader, adhere to and sponsor safety and environmental rules and procedures * Preventative maintenance, machinery installation and machine repair * Read and interpret blueprints, manuals or millwright process specifications * Operate hoisting and lifting equipment * Troubleshoot production problems and take preventative or corrective action * Maintain a clean, orderly and safe work environmentQualifications: * Must possess an Interprovincial Journeyperson Millwright red seal trade qualification * Industrial experience is an asset * Strong interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Must be willing to work shift work * High School Diploma, General Education Development (GED), or equivalent * Valid driver’s licenseWhy Join Us? Our tradespeople work an attractive 4 x 4 days and nights shift schedule, allowing for plenty of work/life balance.
