The successful candidate will play a key role in supervising cleaning operations, overseeing staff, and ensuring high-quality service at various job locations. Key Responsibilities: • Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of cleaning staff; • Establish work schedules and procedures; • Hire and train new employees; • Resolve work-related issues and customer complaints; • Inspect job sites before and after cleaning assignments as needed; • Ensure all work follows company policies and guidelines.
