HR Officer

SIBER FACADE GROUP INC (https://siberfacadegroup.com) is hiring an HR Officer (NOC 12101) Permanent, full-time (40 hours per week) Salary: 29.25 CAD per hour + annual vacation of 2 weeks. Employment Requirements: • At least 1 year of experience in a clerical or administrative position related to employee relations; • Language: English, excellent written and verbal communications skills; • Education: a college diploma in Human Resources, business administration, or other relevant field or completion of a professional development program in personnel administration is required. Job Duties: • Assisting in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems within the company. • Providing guidance to managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures. • Identifying the company's current and future staffing needs, including personnel redeployment and placement. • Playing an active role in the recruitment process by creating job descriptions, posting advertisements, and collecting and screening applications. • Evaluating candidate profiles, contacting potential applicants to schedule interviews, and coordinating the selection and assessment of candidates. • Communicating selection process outcomes to applicants and preparing job offers. • Maintaining employee records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements. • Resolving various employee relations issues and conducting thorough and objective investigations. • Developing performance evaluation, incentive, training, and development programs. • Monitoring company culture to assess employee engagement and proactively addressing any associated issues and risks.
