🏠Housing Wanted: We're a small family of two. One mature adult and one young adult student with two indoor mature cats. We're looking for a move date of either July 1, July 15 or August 1. We're clean and quiet, hoping to find a nice, peaceful, long-term, family style home. We are looking for a townhouse, duplex, or the main floor of a house, or similar. Apartment/condo buildings and basement/garden suites won't work for our needs. Off-street parking for at least one vehicle, on-site laundry, and some storage space for seasonal items, bikes, etc. $2400 per month rent, or less (flexible, depending on what, if any, utilities are included). Locations of search include Victoria, Saanich, Esquimalt, View Royal, and Langford. I have a long career in tech with a stable, well established salary track record. We also have great references.
