Exceptional Opportunity: Coastal Ford Vancouver requires a results oriented Parts & Service Advisor II to join our quality team. This is a full time, union position located in Vancouver, BC. General Overview: Reporting to the Parts & Service Manager, you will primarily be responsible for managing customer requests for maintenance and repairs, providing excellent customer service to customers, writing repair orders, communicating with customers about the status of work, collecting payment for services, accurately handling cash and credit payments, & selling additional services, including parts and accessories where appropriate Position Requirements (minimum experience): Previous experience in automotive service environment & general knowledge of parts and basic automotive repair procedures is preferred. Valid class 5 driver’s license, intermediate computer skills, excellent phone manner, and High School Diploma or equivalent required.
