We are looking for experienced Carpenter to join our team. Employer: Palmtree Construction Job Position: Carpenter, Permanent, Full-time Company Location: 519 Joyce Street, Coquitlam, BC V3J 7X9 Work location: Lower mainland Wages: $30.00 per hour, 30~35 hours per week Requirement: -Completion of high school -Min 3 years of relate experience OR college program completion in Carpenter program -Able to communicate in English Responsibilities: Perform the full range of carpentry Read blueprints or sketches to determine specification Prepare layout with measuring tools Maintain and repair structures, to plan complete project from initial layout of final assembly or installation Measure, cut and assemble materials Build foundation, Install floor beams, lay subflooring and install trim such as doors and stairs Select supplies required to complete assigned work.
