Job responsibilities include: - Identify the strategic objectives of the organization and translate them into IT system requirements, technical solutions, and actionable tasks. - Provide expert advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, service delivery, and the secure and effective use of technology. - Analyze, document, and define business requirements for digital workflows and internal client-facing systems. - Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure system designs and configurations align with operational and communications goals. - Configure and support CRM systems, data warehouse tools (e.g., Snowflake), and business process platforms. - Maintain data integrity and troubleshoot synchronization issues across integrated platforms. - Perform detailed system testing, validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure system functionality and performance. - Ensure system compliance with Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) and internal data governance policies through proper configuration and documentation. - Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support to business users and other stakeholders. Requirements for the position: - Experience: 2-3 years of proven experience in business systems, ideally with exposure to client engagement or cross-functional platforms. - Education: A diploma or degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. - Experience with CRM systems and platforms such as Iterable and Snowflake. - Familiarity with CASL and best practices in data privacy and compliance. - Language: Strong proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
