ARM Marketing Services Inc. is looking for an Office Administrative Assistant Permanent, Full-time position, 30 hr/wk Salary: $24.75/hr Benefits: health benefits + bonuses after the probation period of 3 months. Job location and company’s address: #212-640 W Broadway, Vancouver, BC V5Z 1G4 Main duties: • Provide administrative and clerical support to management; • Answere phone calls and emails in a professional manner; • Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings; • Arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations for management; • Create and maintain different documents using office computer software; • Set up and maintain electronic and hard copy filing system; • Maintain office supplies inventory; anticipate needed supplies, place, expedite and receive supplies orders; • Ensure office equipment is properly maintained; • Establish office procedures and routines; • Maintain office cleanliness; • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed. Required qualifications: • Completion of secondary school is required; college diploma would be an asset; • Some previous office administrative/clerical experience is required; • Strong command of English (both written and verbal).
