$45 · WANTED: Wall Unit

Looking for a wall unit with about three of four shelves for storing books, magazines and other items. Should be in reasonably good condition with no scratches, no stains, no markings and no smoking or pets. Willing to offer up to $45 for it. If you can also deliver it to my place for a reasonable price that would also be appreciated. I live in the Grandview Highway and Renfrew Street area.
