Remy - Domestic Medium Hair Cat

Shelter: BC SPCA - Burnaby Animal ID: 484756 Birthdate: April 11, 2016 - Adult Spayed/Neutered: No Male Remy is a handsome young cat who came to the BC SPCA a bit grungy from life on the streets after being left behind when his previous owners moved away. He's a shy guy but seems very sweet. He takes a while to get used to new situations and may like to have hiding areas to feel safe. If you are patient, gentle and live in a quiet home, this cat will certainly come out of his shell for you! He has a loving side that shines with love and a gentle pets. Because he can be nervous a home without young children would be best. We're not sure how he would do with other animals so testing and proper, slow introductions would be very important. He's got longer hair and will need regular grooming to keep it mat free but we're sure he'll love some long petting and brushing sessions with time. A behaviour counselling session with our Adoption Staff is necessary before adopting any animal.
