Seeking a reliable person to join our team in capacity as a Front Desk Attendant. Accommodation will be arranged and this is a live in position as on property attendant, details to be discussed. Must have flexible availability including weekends. Shift work. Great customer service skills to facilitate guest experience. Job description and responsibilities(not limited to) Guest services, checking in and out. Handling incoming calls. Placing reservations. Handling guest inquiries or issues efficiently. Nightly audit paperwork which includes minor accounting. Regular cleaning duties. Overseeing room attendants and maintenance staff. Minor Maintenance. Concierge services. Qualifications and skills: Customer service. Multitask and organize a busy environment. Work independently, as well as part of a team. Sales experience. Good knowledge of computers. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of the area to provide guest information. Physically able to lift up to 50lbs. Cash and credit handling.
