COBS Bread located at Capilano Mall in North Vancouver is currently looking for baker to join our team. Details are followed. Bakery name: COBS Bread Capilano Mall Job Position: Baker Working Condition: Full Time, Permanent, 30~37.5 hrs/week Location: 22 - 935 Marine Drive North Vancouver BC V7P1S3 Wage and Benefit: $15.00~$20.00 hourly with 4% vacation fee, Group Benefit after 3 month fulltime Minimum Qualification Include: - Diplomas, certificates or other evidence of completed courses/training of Baking OR Minimum 1 year of previous experience in baking - Knowledge of baking equipment and techniques - Knowledge of hygiene and safety - Able to work well independently and as a part of a team - Organized with good time management skills and able to communicate in English Duties and responsibilities: - Check production schedule to determine variety and quantity of goods to bake - Measure and Mix ingredients to form dough or batter, following recipes - Monitor oven temperature and product within oven and other machinery - Maintain the highest level of bakery cleanliness and organization - Ability to bake the products consistent with company standard - Control the purchase of baking supplies - Follow and comply with all applicable health and sanitation procedures and adheres to safe work practices Start Date: As Soon As Possible Candidates must be available to work early morning and weekends and be able to lift 25kg.
