Cooper has been through 3 homes in the last year and is deserving of a forever family. Unfortunately Coopers previous families were unable to give him the physical and mental needs that Beagles require, which resulted in unwanted behaviors that the guardians were not able to work through. Cooper does best with someone who is home often as he does not like to be alone - a guardian who works from home or can bring him to work would be the perfect fit for him! He is great with people of all sizes, lived with children, and is good with other animals, although sometimes he doesn't greet new dogs politely. Cooper requires a secure fenced yard as he can be a houdini and find ways to escape and follow his nose. Long daily walks are crucial in keeping Cooper happy both mentally and physically! His ideal new family won't live in an apartment setting as he tends to be vocal (very breed typical!) and this is not for everyone.
