Big Mac - Domestic Longhair Cat

Shelter: BC SPCA - Burnaby Branch Animal ID: 548638 Birthdate: May 15, 2018 - Adult Spayed/Neutered: No Male Big Mac in the building! His long luscious hair and big tom cat cheeks are only a few features that makes this handsome boy so unique. Big Mac came into our care as a stray and unfortunately no one has come forward for him. Since being with us, he has shown to be quiet shy at first and a bit timid to fast movements but does warm up to you once confining trust in someone. He loves to have lots of chin scratches and can be extremely affectionate once settled. Big Mac would need a cat experienced home that will respect his space while taking a few days to adjust to a new environment. Big Mac will need daily brushing as well as lots of positive interactions with toys, treats and any type of positive reinforcement to help build his confidence. We aren't to sure how he would do being housed with another cat as we are still getting to know him. Older or respectable children would be most appropriate for Big Mac considering his behaviour.
