Scooter came into our care as his owner was no longer able to care for him, so to no fault of his own. Scooter is a sweet, gentle and calm cat who is looking for a quiet and patient forever home to help him ease in to a new environment. He is quite shy still since coming into our care, and prefers to have blankets to snuggle under and hiding places to call his own space. When approached, Scooter is always sweet and gentle, but will definitely take some time warm up and become confident with a new family. He is fully litter trained, enjoys cat naps, and loves a few licks of his favorite chicken cat yogurt! We think a home with no young children or other pets, unless they are very quiet and respectful, would be best for Scooter.
