She is a very happy little puppy that would do well in a lot of different kinds of homes. She is a little unsure of some things when she goes out into the world, but with lots of treats and socializing, she is happiest to do most things with her human alongside. Scarlett is new to the leash and collar and will need some training and her confidence built up in that area when she goes to her new home. It would be helpful to practice this for a while in the house, or a backyard before bringing her directly to the sidewalk or park for walks just yet. She is still working on housetraining and meeting other unfamiliar loud and bouncy dogs.
