The SBI-145 Craftsperson's test set intended for purchase by network providers as a tool to facilitate installing, diagnosing and testing POTS and MDC telephone lines. This butt set assists with the installation, maintenance, and repairs of telephone lines. It has three modes for dialing: Pulse Dial (PD), Touch Tone (DTMF) and Meridian Digital Centrex (MDC or EBS).
