RENTAL PERIOD April 15 or May 1 UNTIL August 31, 2024 (possibly longer) $825 per month THE BEDROOMS Three furnished clean, cozy bedrooms that are quiet and clean. There are locks on the doors. All rooms have a NEW comfortable twin mattress and bed frame. They are furnished with a desk, chair, lamp, mirror, closet or wardrobe and storage space under the bed. One room has a lounge chair. Bed linens are available upon request or bring your own. Provide your own towels. THE BATHROOM There is a shower, good lighting, ample counter space & lots of shelves. It is shared with other female students. THE HOUSE This is a home without pets, children, smoking, vaping, parties or loud music. There is shared laundry and a galley kitchen with a fridge, induction cooking plate, microwave, toaster, kettle, sink and lots of cupboard space. There is a separate entrance. The owner lives upstairs. If you enjoy the garden we can talk re. your use of some space. THE LOCATION Located in West Coquitlam towards Lougheed Town Centre and Burquitlam Skytrain Station. Near Como Lake Park. It is located in a quiet residential neighborhood with sidewalks/ good lighting and close to Como Lake Park with walking / running trails & picnic areas. It is located in an excellent bike area with low car traffic. It is 3 blocks to the bus stop for SFU & both Douglas Colleges. It is a 10 min bus ride to the Burquitlam sky train station which is fast transportation to all of the local colleges /schools including Vancouver & Surrey. Grocery shopping, cafés, medical centers, aquatic center, recreation centers with a multitude of programs and restaurants are within easy reach. THE ROOMMATES There will be a total of three female roommates who are students in their 20's who will share the kitchen, the bathroom & laundry areas. The laundry will also be shared with the owner who lives upstairs. YOU: A female who is respectful, kind, responsible, quiet and pays their rent on time. Rent includes high-speed Wi-Fi internet and utilities.
