Chef Hung Taiwanese Beef Noodle is looking for Chinese Cuisine Cook Address: 1560 Marine Dr, West Vancouver, BC V7V 1H8 Position: Chinese Cook （chinese cuisine + Chinese noodle）-(Full time 40hrs/week) Compensation: $17~22/hr Vacation: 10 days paid vacation annually Position Requirement: Completion of college or other program in cooking/culinary arts is required OR Secondary diploma with minimum 3 years or more cooking experience or Cook apprentice experience is required (Chinese cooking preferred) Cook certificate is preferred Duties: Prepare and cook Chinese food including making noodles from scratch and other Chinese dishes Prepare and develop sauces Develop new menus Estimate cost of food and decide on right portion of food served for each dishes. Manage kitchen operation, inventory and hygiene Train kitchen helpers To apply, please send your resume to email only: chefhungbeefnooddles@yahoo.com
