Walk-in Coolers aren’t always these massive installations holding rack after rack of ingredients. They’re the more efficient method of refrigeration, so sometimes, they’re small step-in units that specialize in holding or creating a single ingredient (dry-aged meat anyone?) We’ve got a small walk-in cooler with a side-mounted compressor. This is vastly superior for easy maintenance but takes up more horizontal space. That isn’t an issue for this unit though as it’s only 6’ x 8’! Replace 3 or 4 refrigeration units with this walk in cooler and gain refrigerated storage space!
