A lot of people are struggling today. I am here to ease the burden and help find joy in everyday living 🌸 My most recent experience is with seniors but typically what I do is support and empower people of all ages by being a patient, active listener, then apply basic techniques (such as visualization and breath work) so we can let go of limiting thoughts and become better versions of ourselves.
