*Just myself, no dog* Hey guys, My name is Jeremy, I’m 27 and will be moving to Vancouver from Victoria to attend BCIT (*Marine Campus in North Van*). Little bit about myself - I was born and raised in Victoria, have spent a year+ in Australia, New Zealand, Indonesia etc. I’d describe myself as very outdoorsy, I LOVE to camp, fish, hike .. basically anything outdoors I’m all for it! I drink socially with friends / don’t smoke..no judgement but would rather have it outside. Im clean, tidy, respectful and I pick up after myself. I will be busy at school most of the day/evening during the week and occasionally going home to Vancouver island, so I won’t be around the majority of the time. I’d prefer to keep a max budget of around $800 with utilities If I could, but a little bit flexible if a nice place shows up. I DO own a vehicle, so a parking spot is needed. Super willing to carpool to the grocery store and help out for rides if its not too far out of the way. ** Ideal location is North Van*** I would consider Downtown Eastside if its close to the sea bus Please PM me if you have any leads or would like anymore information :)
