FirstService Residential Position:&nbspConcierge Duties and responsibilities As a Concierge, you are responsible for being the primary contact and source of information and services for residents and their guests. You are responsible for greeting all residents with a warm smile and doing the utmost to ensure that residents are provided with a high standard of customer service. Our most successful Concierges have a very strong Customer Service background with a passion for going above and beyond and an innate ability to problem solve and diffuse sticky situations. Skills and experience Previous experience with strata buildings is an asset At least one year of Customer Service Experience is required Excellent written and oral command of the&nbspEnglish&nbsplanguage is necessary in order to be able to work efficiently and communicate appropriately with our clients and our support staff.
