Food Service Supervisor (Chicko Chicken)

Chicko Chicken is looking for an experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team. Job Title: Food Service Supervisor (Permanent) Employer: 1278037 B.C. LTD. o/a Chicko Chicken Joyce Working Location: 5171 Joyce St, Vancouver, BC, V5R 4G8, Canada Employment Status 30 hrs/ wk (Full-time) Wage: $18.50 to $22.00/hr (depends on experience) (Overtime will be paid at time and a half after 8 hrs/day and after 40 hrs/wk) Benefit: 4 % vacation fee or 10 days paid vacation Available position(s): 1 Qualifications: - Completion of secondary school is required. - Completion of a community college program in food service administration, hotel and restaurant management or related discipline or Several years of experience in food preparation or service are required. - This position requires training staff. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Prepare staff and the shop prior to customer arrival. - Establish methods to meet work schedules - Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage. - Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures. - Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards. - Investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service. - Monitoring food preparation methods, portion sizes, and presentation of food to ensure that food is prepared and presented in an acceptable manner.
