Food service Supervisor

Position: Food service Supervisor Hours of work/week: 30~40hrs/week Compensation: $16~$17/hour (Depending on the experience) Position Requirement: Completion of secondary education with minimum 2 years of experience as a server or food service supervisor/manager; OR Completion of college program restaurant/hotel management, hospitality or related discipline is required Main duties Supervise and schedule the servers in the restaurant; Give training and assign duties to the servers; Ensure restaurants employees are following company policies and safety procedures; Manage serving area operations and safety, keep equipment and tools clean and ensure restaurant hygiene; Serve customers in the restaurant; Solve any customer complaints or problem arise in the restaurant; Arrange customer seats to maximize the capacity of the restaurant; Pearl Castle Cafe 3779 Sexsmith Road, #1128, Richmond, BC, V6X3Z9 Candidate should apply through email only to: pearlcastlehr@outlook.com
