Milano coffee in Vancouver BC is looking for experienced Food Service Supervisor Job description: Employer: Milano Coffee (Denman) Location: 849 Denman Street, Vancouver, BC, V6G 1H4 Position: Food Service Supervisor Type of Employment: Full-time, Permanent Wage: $16.50 per hour Working hours: 30 ~ 40hours per week (including weekend) Duties: - Maintain upkeep of food safety and sanitation standard at highest level. - Respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally. - Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare food - Maintain quality control for all drink and food served and order ingredients and supplies - Train new staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures and provide ongoing training - Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage. - Generate weekly, monthly and annual reports.
