Food Service Supervisor

Amra Bakery Inc. o/a European Breads Bakery is hiring a Food Service Supervisor. Shifts, Weekends, Perm, Full-Time (40 hours per week) Wage: 21.00 CAD/hour Job requirements: Good English, Completion of a college program in food service administration or related field OR several years of experience in food preparation or service are required. Main duties: - Manage the activities of workers who prepare and portion our food products; - Monitor compliance with work schedules and procedures; - Hire and train of new employees, assign workers to duties; - Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards; - Ensure that sanitation and safety procedures are met; - Estimate and order ingredients and supplies; - Provide customers with the information about our products and resolve customer complaints; - Manage and coordinate the shelf stocking; - Prepare and submit reports and other documents.
