Food Service Supervisor

Position: Food Service Supervisor Hours of work/week: Full time permanent 30~40hrs/week Compensation:$15.50~$17.50/hour (Depending on the experience) Position Requirement: Completion of college diploma majoring in tourism/hospitality, restaurant management, hotel management or related discipline is required OR High School diploma with minimum 2 year experience in food service such as server/host or busser with some supervisory experience is required Duties as a Food Service Supervisor: Supervise and schedule the servers in the restaurant; Train and assign duties to the servers; Check the inventory, and order ingredients and supplies used in the restaurant; Ensure restaurants employees are following company policies and safety procedures; Manage serving area operations and safety, keep equipment and tools clean and ensure restaurant hygiene; Solve any customer complaints or problem arise in the restaurant 88 Grand Buffet 2339 Hwy 97 N, Kelowna, BC V1X 4H9 Send your resume to: 88grandbuffet123@gmail.com
