Restaurant Manager

Ki Isu Restaurant Inc. is currently looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. Name: Ki Isu Restaurant Inc. Location: 1275 Pacific Blvd Vancouver, BC V6Z 2R6 Canada Job Position Type: Restaurant Manager, Full-Time, Permanent Wage and working hours: $24.50 per hour, 30~40 hrs per week Start Date of Employment (Approx.): As soon as possible Qualifications: -Minimum Education: High School graduation -Minimum Experience: 3 yrs of work experience in food service including some supervisory experience -Language: Able to communicate in English -Able to work evening or weekends Job Description: - Pan, organize and evaluate the operations of a hall and kitchen and all food service area - Analyze operating cost and plan it efficiently - Determine type of services to be offered - Responsible for staff training and monitor staff performance - Arrange business with suppliers in good position and relationship - Arrange for catering, banquets and promote them - Manage inventory stock and check revenues and modify prices or cost - Ensure health and safety regulations are followed - Resolve customers' complaints or concerns .
