Restaurant name: Rue 909 Sushi Job Position: Cook, Full time, Permanent Job Location: 909 Dunsmuir Street VANCOUVER, British Columbia V6C 1A8 Canada Salary Rate: $15.00 ~ $20.00 per hour (depending on experience)/ 30~40 Hours per week / 4% vacation fee Cook is expected to perform following duties:  Preparing and cooking Japanese dished from the menu  Ensuring food quality, presentation, and proportions  Checking and maintaining inventory  Training kitchen staff  Ensuring maintenance of food temperatures, inventories and equipment Qualifications or requirement: - 2 years or higher of Commercial Cooking experience - High School graduation or higher - Able to communicate in English If you meet the requirements above, please send your resume by e-mail rue909sushi@gmail.com
