Chinese Cuisine Cook & Server

Position: Chinese Cuisine Cook (including dimsum) (2 Vacancies) Hours of work/week: Full time 30~40 hours/week Compensation:$14.00 -$18.00 (Depending on experience) Position requirement: Completion of college cooking/culinary arts program OR Minimum 3 years of cooking experience/cook apprentice experience is required (Preferably Chinese Food Cooking experience) Completion of Secondary School is required Cook certificate or college diploma in cooking is preferred Duties: Prepare/cook Chinese cuisine food including dimsum Prepare and make the sauces used in the restaurant Maintain kitchen operations and safety, keep equipment and tools clean and manage kitchen hygiene Monitor inventory of ingredients Position: Server Vacancies: 3 Hours of work/week: Full time 30~40 hours/week Compensation: $14.00 - $14.50 Position requirement: Completion of secondary Education is required Speaking English is a must.
