Position: Chinese Cuisine Cook (including dimsum) (2 Vacancies) Hours of work/week: Full time 30~40 hours/week Compensation:$14.00 -$18.00 (Depending on experience) Position requirement: Completion of college cooking/culinary arts program OR Minimum 3 years of cooking experience/cook apprentice experience is required (Preferably Chinese Food Cooking experience) Completion of Secondary School is required Cook certificate or college diploma in cooking is preferred Duties: Prepare/cook Chinese cuisine food including dimsum Prepare and make the sauces used in the restaurant Maintain kitchen operations and safety, keep equipment and tools clean and manage kitchen hygiene Monitor inventory of ingredients Position: Server Vacancies: 3 Hours of work/week: Full time 30~40 hours/week Compensation: $14.00 - $14.50 Position requirement: Completion of secondary Education is required Speaking English is a must.
