That means the interior is pristine. Literally. The exterior shows no signs of use. No dents, no spots, only fingerprints. Even the rating sticker still has its outer clear layer. This is literally a temporary protective sticker designed to ensure the rating plate is readable upon delivery. You can peel it off with a strong wipe.
