Are you Looking for a unique log home or cabin on your property? These custom-built big, open and cozy log home cabin kits are the perfect way to build without compromising quality and style. In collaboration with Streamline Design Ltd and Lacey Developments, we build 2 different cabin packages you can put anywhere in the world you want. We only build the log frame (Douglas Fir and Western Red Cedar). For $ 84000, you get The Sasquatch (2 levels, 967 sq. ft. main floor with 435 sq. ft. loft + 3 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms ) Post and Beam Log Package (Douglas Fir). For $ 39000 you get The Twin Eagle (1 level, 624 sq. ft, 1 and 2 bedroom options.) Post and Beam Log Package (Western Red Cedar). A total estimate for the log cabin packages with options is broken down which I will provide on request. We are a sub-contractor, so you need a general contractor for the foundation, electrical, and plumbing. All the cabins can be modified and adjusted in size! So if you want to change the layout or add a basement or garage that is no problem. We built the frame in 2/3 months in our yard in Salmon Arm and re-assembled it on location in a week. Our process can take up to 4/6 months or more if permits are required. We take applications for 2025. The cabins and our log homes are in high demand and we suggest starting early for pre-planning.
