I am a young adult looking to rent a place with my boyfriend. We have both completed our university training, have jobs and are looking to take our next step. We are extremely responsible for our young age, and are looking to move closer to our places of work. Neither of us are smokers, but we do own an older cat who who is very well trained and would be moving with us.
