AngusOne Staffing Position:&nbspCommunications Administrator Our client at DP World requires a Communications Administrator to join their team. The Communications Administrator works on a variety of communications projects and campaigns. The position supports key department initiatives with the planning, executing, and tracking of communications and sustainability programs. Preferred Start Date: ASAP Contract Length: Until Dec 31, 2022 Company: DP World Location: 777 Centennial Road, Vancouver V6A 1A3 Hours: 8 am- 4.30 pm, Monday to Friday with a 30-minute unpaid lunch. ability to work remotely on Friday Pay rate: $21-22 per hour Dress code: Business casual Job Duties: Produce and edit content for a variety of internal and external communication channels, such as but not limited to print, email, websites, social media, news releases, advertising, newsletters. Support the roll-out of new safety programs Aid in the internal and external communications for terminal expansions Support the launch of service offering campaigns Support DP World Canada community partnership initiatives Maintain and coordinate the Company website, including producing, revising, and organizing content and other online resources. Ensures organizational brand and style guidelines are followed in all communications. Provides support to internal staff on ensuring the appropriate branding of all external-facing content. Other duties as assigned.
