BA Blacktop Ltd. is currently seeking a team oriented, self-motivated and dedicated individuals to join our operations team as a Superintendent for our Greater Vancouver and Fraser Valley Divisions. Applicants must have substantial experience in Road Construction with extensive knowledge in excavation, utilities installation, grading and paving aspects of the business. The candidate will also possess superior leadership skills, demonstrate solid oral and written communication skills and be proficient with Microsoft Office and scheduling software. The successful candidate will be actively involved in the Company Safety Program. The candidate will also be responsible for the administration and scheduling of day-to-day operations, all aspects of quality control, while working cooperatively with other Superintendents. Further, the candidate will be responsible for the financial results of the project, which includes keeping the project budget up to date. Successful candidates will have experience on project valued at $5M or higher. Minimum 5 years' Experience. We offer a competitive benefits package with salary commensurate of experience.
