Company Name: Choice International Consulting Wage: $39.00/hourly, 30 hours per week Job Type: Full Time, Permanent Start Date: As soon as possible Job Title: Regulatory Compliance Officer (NOC 1122） Work Location: 1619-4500 Kingsway Burnaby BC Canada Language: English Duties: • Analyze and provide advice on the company by applying applicable acts, regulations and professional guidelines. • Conduct research to determine the efficiency and effectiveness of company policies and programs. • Propose improvements to company policies, operation system and workflow. • Conduct standard operation procedure audits and develop service quality management. • Plan the re-organization of the company’s daily operations including but not limited to the following o Customer Services standard o Cases intake procedure o Case processing quality o Case follow-up method o Accounting Compliance o Employment Compliance Requirements: Bachelor’s degree Experience is an asset Benefits: Extended Benefits: Dental, Health care and Vision.
